Everyday People grew out of John Grieder's many years in the real estate business and the people and experiences he encountered along the way. As a real estate agent, broker and instructor, John saw the business from more than one side. He worked with buyers and sellers, trained new agents, dealt with fellow real estate professionals and experienced firsthand what happens behind the listings, showings, negotiations and closing tables.
But the real estate was only part of the story.
